. In the cancellation of the reservation, 100% refund is made for all cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the reservation date. Otherwise, 25% of the rental price will be refunded by deducting. If your reservation is less than 3 days, no refund can be made.

Reservations with no-show status will be canceled 2 hours after the pick-up time and no refunds will be made.
