The mileage usage right is limited to 3300 km with the maximum limit of 30 days. For delays of up to 1 hours in the return of vehicles, for each hour of the rental price applied in the contract, delays of up to 3 hours in the return of the vehicles, 1/3 of the rental price applied in the contract for each hour, and 1 day rental price for delays exceeding 3 hours.
In case of additional hour service, 1-3 hours package will be priced as 30% of the 1-day rental price, 3-5 hours package will be priced as 50% of the rental price of 1 day, 1/3 of the rental price, and 1 day rent for delays exceeding 3 hours. In case of additional hours of service, the 1-3 hour package will be priced at 30% of the 1-day rental fee, and the 3-5-hour package as 50% of the 1-day rental fee.
The total rental amount and security deposit are collected at the beginning of the rental with the credit card of the person who rented the vehicle. In the M, D, J, E, P, L and K vehicle groups, double credit cards belonging to different banks must be presented. The phrase Online Prepay / Instant Payment indicates that you can pay your rental fee and the additional services you choose online, immediately. Online booking page; whether the reservation is confirmed or not; It does not replace the car rental agreement. If Malatya Oto cannot provide the rental service due to reasons related to it, it will refund the entire amount previously paid by the customer. For leases made from Malatya Rent a Car offices, the amount of prepaid reservations is limited to the amounts written on the Prepaid Reservation Forms.
Pre-Paid Reservation forms provide additional services and guarantees that our customers may request at the beginning of the rental or during the rental process and fuel, one-way, traffic fines and damage costs (situations where the conditions stated in the lease agreement and the things to be done in the case of theft section are not fulfilled) etc. does not include expenditure costs. For these fees, our customers are required to present their personal credit card during the rental.
During the reflection of the payments made to the credit card of our customers, all kinds of commissions, exchange differences, service fees etc. fees are not the responsibility of Malatya Auto.
If Malatya Oto cannot offer the rental service due to reasons related to it, it will refund the entire amount previously paid by the customer.
The Prepaid Reservation amount includes the car rental fee and the additional services you have received at the time of booking. At the beginning of the lease, you must submit a personal credit card for additional services and possible extras (HGS, fuel, traffic fines, one-way, the conditions stated in the lease agreement, what to do in case of accident and theft, etc.).
Rental cancellation refund conditions for prepaid reservations are listed below.
- Rental day, time, vehicle information, rental office cannot be updated or changed for pre-paid reservations.
- With the prepayment option, the car rental fee and the total amount of the additional products and assurance packages you have selected will be collected at the reservation stage.
- The discount earned through prepaid reservation cannot be combined with any other campaign.
- In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the time specified in the reservation form, the additional fee will be collected from the credit card submitted by our customer at the beginning of the rental, with a 10% discount on the extension days list prices.
- In prepaid reservations, if the vehicle is returned earlier than the booking return deadline, the unused days of our customers will not be refunded.
- For pre-paid reservations, if the reservation is canceled up to 8 days before the rental start time, the entire rental fee will be refunded by Malatya Oto.
- If the prepaid reservation is less than 8 days before the rental start time, the following conditions will apply.
- If your reservation is less than 3 days, no refund can be made.
- 30% deduction is applied for 4-7 days reservations.
- 35% deduction is applied for reservations of 8 days or more.
- In pre-paid reservations, the vehicles belonging to our customers will be kept for 2 hours from the pickup time, and our customers will be able to receive their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and no refund will be made.
- The return process for Prepaid Reservations varies between 7 and 21 working days depending on the bank’s transaction intensity.
- In Pre-Paid Reservations, the Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be met in order to deliver the vehicles to our customers. If the following conditions are not met, the vehicle will not be allocated and the above return conditions apply.
- The payment method for the deposit is only personal credit card and there is no cash payment or debit card application.
- The deposit amount, which varies according to the rental type and vehicle group, must be obtained from the personal credit card. The credit card must contain the name and surname of the person who will make the rental.
- In addition to the rental fee, there must be sufficient limit compliance for the deposit amount to be placed on the credit card.
- The person who will receive the vehicle must present her driver’s license and her own credit card to the Malatya Auto office.
- In order for middle and upper segment leasing to be realized, 2 credit cards belonging to different banks must be presented.
- The writings on the license must be legible and the license must not be worn.
